‘The Rumito’

‘The Bloody Mary’

Ingredients

50ml SC Dogs White Rum

4 wedges of fresh lime

1 tsp brown sugar

Handful of fresh mint leaves - torn in half

A splash of tonic water 



Method

•Place the lime, brown sugar

•tear mint leaves into a glass. 

•Muddle to get all the juice from the limes & mint.

•Fill the glass with crushed ice. 

•Pour on the rum, add a splash of tonic water.

Ingredients

50ml SC Dogs Vodka

Splash of Dry Sherry

Pinch of SC Salt chilli salt

Black pepper - Dash of Worcester sauce

Tomato juice to fill - Lime Wedge

 

Method

•Fill a high ball glass with ice, pour on the vodka.

•Add the sherry, worcester sauce.

•Ground SC Salt chilli salt & black pepper.  


•Fill the glass with tomato juice and stir well.  


•Finish with a squeeze of lime.
